Your dashboard is the grid you open to each morning. It is yours alone: the arrangement you set is saved for you, in this organization, and nobody else's view changes with it.
Adding a widget
Choose **Add widget from templates** at the top of the dashboard. The templates open above the grid, grouped as *New*, *Core* and *Build your own*.
Each template offers its formats — **Square** or **Horizontal** for most. Choose one, then either drag the template onto the grid and drop it where it should sit, or press **Add** to place it at the end. A coral line marks where it will land.
*Build your own* holds the Signal widget (one signal from the lattice) and the Overlay widget, which you compose in the Widget Builder.
Arranging and sizing
Choose **Edit dashboard** to rearrange.
- **Move** a widget by dragging its dot-grid handle.
- **Resize** a widget by dragging its right edge. Widths snap to the grid's twelve columns, from a quarter of the row to the full row. With the keyboard, focus the edge and use ← and →.
- **Switch format** with the format button. A square widened past a third of the row becomes horizontal, and lays itself out accordingly.
- **Remove** a widget with ×.
Changes save as you make them. On a phone or narrow window, widgets stack; widths apply on wider screens.
The newer widgets
**Relevant Signals** rotates through the signals that matter most to your organization — those you have rated four stars or more in Weave, and Numen's strongest recommendations. Each one says why it is there: *Watched* with its stars, or *Numen suggests* with its relevance and reason. It advances every eight seconds and holds still while you hover over it. Pause it with the pause button; it never rotates if your system asks for reduced motion.
**Studies** shows your Studies one at a time: the question, its composition over the last thirty days, and each signal's latest read. Step through them with the arrows.
**Futures Frame** shows a frame's four futures on its two axes and names the one the world sits in today — or says plainly when the reading is too close to call. Horizontal adds how each future has moved over thirty days. If your organization holds more than one frame, step through them with the arrows.
